Dave is currently researching and transcribing the writings of three Delaware cavalrymen from Company C, First Delaware Cavalry.
Tentatively titled Delaware’s Forgotten Cavalry, this upcoming volume will present their Civil War–era words as they were written — carefully preserved and thoughtfully contextualized for modern readers.
